Custom control dimensions on form designer

Hi there

I have created a custom Nintex control to go on Nintex forms.

When configuring the 'Settings' for the control (as per all Nintext control properties), if I set values for the Horizontal Width and Vertical Height, whilst they take effect in the published form, the dimensions make no difference in the form designer.

Is there a way to make these values take effect in the form designer? I tried setting values in the override 'protected override void Initialise()' event, but they don't take effect.

On a related note, in the form designer, is there a way for the height and width of the custom control to *not* snap to the grid?

Any advice greatly appreciated.
