Thank you for taking the time to evaluate and provide feedback on the Nintex Workflow Online Preview.
As stated previously, this app has been available for a limited time as a free, unsupported, non-production service intended to give a preview of designing and running workflows in the cloud. On the 16th December 2013, the Nintex Workflow Online Preview will be retired and you will no longer be able to design new workflows or run workflows containing Nintex Live actions.
You can remove the Nintex Workflow Online Preview app from your site following the uninstall instructions at www.nintex.com/uninstallNWOnline
