issue with list item attachments

Hi,

I have written a workflow to send a notification by including the list item attachments.

The issue is the attachment is attached in the email only when first item is created in the list. For the sebsequent items, the attachment is not attached.

If i again publish the workflow, and then create an item the attachment is attached in the email. For the subsequent items, attachment is not attached.

Please help me resolve this issue.
