Hi,
Our customer asking us to provide Approve & Reject link in the body of the email. On navigating "Approve" link it should be update the status of the request as approved and in case Reject it should be update the status as Rejected.
On achieving this, We write a separate web service for sending an email to the mail id which is configured in the Nintex lazy approval settings. For testing this, We created a new request in our sharepoint site and it will be sending an email notification to the approver mail for requesting him to do approve\reject.
We just manually update the web service parameters "From" and "To", Subject line (with the key generated [XXXXXXX]) email Id's & Body (text as "approve") from the email which was received by the approver. After ran the web service, it supposed to update the status for the request which was created. But, in my case it was not updating the status.
The status seems to updated correctly when the approver sending direct reply via the email. I just wanted to do the same via web service call instead of sending reply.
Could you please help me on this issue?
