Nintex Forms Ajax call Error

Hi Nintex Form Users

I got a problem while trying to "Edit Task Form" of Request Approval with Nintex forms. (I've tried with IE10, Firefox and Google chrome) 

The pop-out  message showed "An error occurred during an Ajax call." 

Nintex forms works fine with item form or edit form on my computer.

Also my colleagues connecting to the same sharepoint server don't have the same issue. 

Is there anyone has the same problem or knows the solutions??
