I'm fairly new to Nintex Workflow and I'd like to know if what we want to achieve is actually possible,
There is a list of requests, where users can create request for certain resources. There is a team of people that responsible for managing these requests. Process of approving and managing request can be time consuming.
What we would like to do, is that whenerver new request is created, task is assigned to every person in managing team, saying that someone should pick up that request. When one of the users from managing groups will decide to pick-up the request, he will finish pick-up task. This will finish pick-up task for all of the users, and new task will be created regarding managing this specific request by this user only.
The problem I'm struggling with right now, is that I don't know how can I get information about user who finished this pickup task, so I could create new task specifically for him only.
