I am using the Nintex workflow software on a Sharepoint list to send approval requests to managers when new items are added. A series of procedures determine the appropriate manager to delegate the request message to. In the instance that a manager isn't found, a collection of users need to be able to fill in the missing manager through a Request Data action (creates the workflow task). I do not have access to create groups that contain all of the users that need to be able to complete this task. Also, only one user needs to fill it in, then the rest do not need to.
So my question is what is the way to create this Request Data item such that multiple users can be put in the "Collect data from" field? Whenever multiples are added, only the first is retained after a save.
