Get Single Comment from Flexitask

Hello,

I have a flexitask set to take the first approver. I want to get only the comment left by that approver. Not his name, the selection, a timestamp, or the other's that didn't respond. I saw one site that suggested getting the TaskIDs and searching the task list, getting the ApproverComments from the task list. But that field was not part of the task list.  Any suggestions?
