Hello,
I am trying to find a way to disable or hide and item in a list without having to remove it. I could change permissions on the item but is there any other way to do it through Rules or a Workflow?
The first form I have set up is for our instructor to go in and create the course, dates and available spots
The second form has all the available courses for the user to choose from. The workflow for this form has a notification going to the instructor letting her know when the class is full. Is there a workflow that could hide the item once the count hits 0? Instead of going and deleting this course once it is full I would like it to just be hidden or disabled so it is simple to view or enable if spots become available.
