we have the following requirement from one of our customers:
We already implemented a workflow for investment approval requests during projects. At the beginning of each workflow we have a data request action, where the project manager can upload documents from his local system (.docx, .xlsx, .pdf) which are necessary during the workflow.
We also have project spaces where are documents stored. We would like to achieve, that instead of uploading documents from their local system, project managers can choose documents from libraries on different project spaces and attach these documents (link or document itself) to the workflow.
Is there a way to offer a user interface, to let the users choose documents from libraries?
I just need someone to point me in a direction, at the moment I absolutly don't know how to solve this problem.
