Managed Metadata Field Update in O365 Workflow

Hi, 

Is it possible to update one metadata field with the exact content of existing metadata field using Nintex O365 Worflow  ?? 

Am trying to update a list item metadata field on item updation of a list. Here am trying to just set the list item field with existing item data. But does not work..

What is the correct way to do this in O365 ?
