Posting attachments (JPG Files) to Social Media sites (Facebook and Twitter)

Hi Nintex Live Community,

I have a question regarding posting SharePoint list items to social media sites using Nintex Live.

I am recently working on a project which requires posting items from a SharePoint list to social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. I've managed to set up everything correctly and post SharePoint list items to both Facebook and Twitter, but it seems like I can't send attachments through. Every time I set up the workflows to post attachments such as JPG files it throws up an error.  

 So I am wondering if it is even possible to send attachments through over Nintex Live?
