Creating dynamic hyperlink in reapeating table

Hello

I try realize the following:

I have a repeating table in a Nintex forms 2013 form. In this repeating table I've created a text field which is being filled with a URL by a Nintex Workflow. I thought this would be the most difficult part, but this works perfect now ;-)

Finally I would only like to Format this text field as a Hyperlink. I tried to acheive this by using a calculated field with some html. But this was obviousely the wrong Approach.

 Does anyone have any idea what's the easiest way to realize this?
