Jump legs based on condition

I am trying to figure out the best possible solution for my situation.

Currently I have a duplicate task 3 under condition 2 and condition 3 which causes unnecessary bulk and workflow size because I don't know how to jump legs based on condition or use switch action with my situation.

Is it possible to use switch action to achieve this functionality? or any other method of going to Task 3 based on condition 2 and condition 3?
