CASE 1:
I was trying to attach a .zip/.msg file thru Nintex "Send Notification" Option. The Zip file is in SiteAssets. I am just providing the URL to resolve it by its own, and its happening. My problem is when user receives the mail he is not able to see any attachments. Whereas if I attach a ppt file from the same location is working fine.Can you please help me on this ?
CASE 2:
I tried CASE 1 Several times but it was not working. So i put a thought - lets unzip and send it. So i created a doc file and put it in site assets. I just attached the file along with a ppt file. So altogether there are two attachments in my Mail. But when user receives the mail, he gets only one attachment. Surprisingly the document file is missing. can anyone please help me on this.
