We are using Nintex workflow 2007 in our environment. Recently we came to know our WorkflowProgress table has nearly 35 million rows. We are using Nintex WF from 2008 September, we never did the workflow data purging from the beginning. Currently some of our workflows are terminated abnormally without much error details. We gone through some blogs and came to know it’s recommended to have 5-7 million rows in the table. We have a plan to maintain workflow data from year 2012 and like to purge the Workflow data’s before that. We tried –lastActivityBeforeLocal parameter along with –timeout parameter in NWAdmin tool, it ran for sometime and gets completed without any error but there is no any decrease in row count.
Can someone provide proper steps to achieve our requirement?
