Workflow setting - Require manage list rights

Hi,

When enabling the Require manage list requests' in the Workflow settings page, I expected that the Workflow shouldn't appear in the item menu for visitors of the site (how don't have manage lists rights).
We've enabled the option Enable workflow to start from the item menu - very useful for contributors.

Any comments/advise on this issue?
