Although you have configured the panel that is hidden/displayed to “Resize at runtime = yes”, it is still occupying it’s full size in the form when it is hidden. This leaves a large empty space between the last of the visible form fields and the Submit/ Cancel buttons.
This may be due to some limitations within the Nintex Forms designer:
· Check that you have not created an extra empty panel or duplicated items. Two panels may have accidentally been created on top of each other. In this case, the second panel is not “resizing at runtime”, creating the white space on the form.
· Check that all the controls that should be inside the panel, are actually inside it.
If you are still unable to solve the problem, you may need to go back and start a minimal form from the beginning and move forward incrementally until you find the difference between the new form and the broken one.
