No automatic start of workflow

Hello,

i have created a new list-workflow. In the workflow-settings I selected the options that the workflow should start automatically if an new element is added in the list and if an existing element is changed.

Now if I add a new element nothing happens.

What is my mistake? (I am logged in as Administrator).
