Hi,
we use a multi level approval process. Each level has its own flexitask for approval.
The problem is, that this flexitask sends multiple (4) copies of "approval responese required" messages.
The messages are the same only the lazy approval [#...#] number is different.
I checked the workflow history and worklfow settings and can't find the source of the problem.
I would love approvers to get only one message instead of 4.
Any advice how to troubleshoot/identify the cause of the problem.
Sistem info:
Sharepoint in use 2010-14.0.4763.1000.
Nintex workflow in use 2010-2.3.7.1.
Input form type is infopath 2010 web form.
For web client access we use IE8.
