I am new to Nintex and would really appreciate if i can get help here.
I have created a leave approval system on SharePoint using Nintex WF. The WF has "Request Approval" action added to it. All my users have contribute access to that list. The problem i am faicng is that any user who is submitting a new request gets an error of access denied. The request itself is not logged. However if i change the access permission to Design, users are able to submit the requests. There is no problem with approval access. Since all my users have contribute access, they are able to approve requests.
I do not want to give users the design rights, as they might mess up the WF or the list itself. can you please help me here. What is the options i have and why am i facing this issue.
