Approver comments output

I faced up issue with output of SharePoint comments.

I have a list, where user can create requests, then notification comes to HR-coordinator and this person can reject or approve this task (workflow built in nintex workflow 2010) and add comments to related request. After adding comment I can see it in my sharepoint list (i've added in workflow build string + update item blocks), but these comments shows in list in terrible way... This is example of this comments:

Grygoriev, Yuriy (Reject) 4/9/2013 9:22 AM - 4/9/2013 9:22 AM (Grygoriev, Yuriy) Wrong.

I don't understand why nintex or native sharepoint tools are adding date and time to comments. How can I change view, to more simple. I need to output only Surmane + Name + comments, like that:

(Grygoriev, Yuriy) Wrong.
